i was cheated by the salers' action.

so i learnt that, my analysis is correct.

so u need be stain, stand or hold on! anyway u should be greatly self-confidence in earning money, you should keep.

and in stock market, remind, remember, deal in the afternoon.

     how to get growth?

     a man points me that u can get experiences form others failure, u can growth. if you will not make these failure appearance on one's own, u progress. and u do these two, you success.

     people always forget the pain after he cure the scar.

     so wht shall we need?

     just make a book, collect experiences on the book and remind oneself now and then.

     Since graduated, i got disappointment in my career.

     Everyday i  got up, i cant stop to open the computer. Wht shall i do? i asked myself over and over.

     but i cant find the answer. any company do not want college gratuates. so they eat shits to get down in business.

     who can tell me where i can deal with my abilities? where... i was always seeking for, but never appear.

     day goes by, with a man who dont want to waste the life.

     the arttfical friends, who can do any help in realistic? none

     recommend, someone who need any recommend, he can do a great work in the career. and he will pay back for any help he received before.

     so many guys are thoughtless that they always forget someone who treat them good. So anyone is worthless to be treat so good. i have to got disappointment of that guy.

     anyway, when i see the light, the pearl will be more brightly.

     由此我想到以往大学时代老师对外国的房产商的评价。外国房产商的主营业务收入有30%都是来自房屋出租的收租款项。他们造了房子，卖出部分，部分自己保留升值，部分出租。

     而出租的部分，可以形成持续的稳定的收入来源。虽然不是一次性的大比交易，但是分摊到时间上，若干年后的价值就体现了。

     而中国的房产商呢？造！造好了马上就卖！造多少卖多少，毫无保留……

     中国人一向都不把资源当回事，自己以为自己地大物博，从古至今的有钱中国人就知道奢华和浪费。浑身充满了铜臭，而身宽脸大者，无一长相同猪一般。这些人只是为了自己而活，只是为了在有生之年榨他人之油水充自身之肥腿。

     那些没有可持续发展眼光的房产商占总房产商的90%以上！

     房产界如此，中国几乎全社会如此。

     看看那些猪头一般的国企，导致多少人员下岗。中国的腐败渣滓，全都是从那里出来的。成天就知道吃大锅饭，偷逃说款、虚报产量、营私舞弊而当道者蛮横霸道，只顾眼前完全不考虑将来怎么办，猪头猪脑猪身猪腰，长相就像猪，妈的，这帮无非就是中国劣质杂种猪！

     这两天不知道是怎么了，打算出来做点什么。

     听说过游戏蜗牛么？做航海和机甲网游的~想进去试试找个工作，当然，主要还是做策划和营销了（好象我只会这些）

     因为股票，之前我赚了一票，现在也遭受了风险……呵呵。。小亏小亏~不打紧的。由于没有之前那种无往不利的胜利喜悦，自然有点闷啦~无所事事……真想割肉抛了，然后转别的股。。真是的，千算万算，就少算了一步……
